Working out, that is cardio and weight-training, expends a lot of energy. To replace that lost energy you need to eat the appropriate organic food for your body and you need to practice an energy-building exercise–yoga.

The benefits practicing yoga include increased strength, flexibility and balance; stress reduction; a better sense of self-awareness and more energy. Think of yoga as an internal journey where you bring everything inside of you to the surface: your fears, frustrations, judgments and toxins; as well as the acceptance, courage, potential and strength to be used for personal growth. The way you show up on your mat, is generally the way you show up in life and yoga is a gentle reminder of that.

I specialize in combining the teachings of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with proper biomechanics and postural alignment for your specific needs. Just like exercise, one yoga program does not fit every person. I will teach you how to adapt a yoga practice to your body, so that if you wish to safely join a class you will feel confident doing so. Or you may choose to continue your yoga practice one-on-one with me for continued personalized guidance and instruction. Included in the practice is a guided meditation. Both private and group sessions are available.
